Enrollment
- All Applications must be sent to our Headquarters-Victoria.
- A $200.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany certifications applications. This deposit reserves a space in the course.
- All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- All Payments are due 3 weeks prior to course start date.
- Course fees do not include taxes, course material, exam fees or Private sessions.
- Applicants are expected to attend all hours of the course to which they have applied. Any missed hours must be made up through private sessions @$75/hr.

Course Cancellation
If a course cancels, you will have the choice to transfer to another course or be given a full refund.
Withdrawal from a course
- A full refund of course fees will be given 14 days prior to the course start date less the deposit. Deposits are non-transfererable and non-refundable.
- You must submit an email or a letter to request withdrawal from the course to education@westcoastpilatesinc.com or mail to #102-1001 Cloverdale Ave. Victoria BC V8X 4C9
- If your withdrawal is due to medical reasons, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
